Flexam Invest completes the deployment of Flexam TAIF I with an H145 D3 helicopter acquisition

As part of the air transport requirements for medical emergency missions, FLEXAM TAIF I initiated the structuration and participated in the financing of an H145 D3 helicopter for the French operator HBG Groupe, and its subsidiary MBH Samu. This aircraft, the latest in its range, will be positioned at the Besançon Samu and the Franche-Comté department and will be used to repatriate the seriously injured and medical transfer.

This new H145 D3 is the first of its kind for HBG Groupe’s fleet. It is equipped with a new five-blade rotor, allowing a gain in payload as well as an improvement in flight comfort by reducing vibrations and noise.. The device has been designed according to the requirements set by the national medical regulatory bodies.

This latest investment by FLEXAM TAIF I finalizes the Fund’s deployment of 100% of the capital called and confirms Flexam Invest expertise in helicopter financing activities. As a continuation of its business strategy, Flexam Invest intends to pursue a long-term partnership with HBG Groupe on other similar transactions.
